Introducing Belleek’s Annual Ornament 2022: The Ballycopeland Bell Ornament (35th Annual Edition).

Situated in Millisle, County Down, Ballycopeland Windmill is the only remaining functioning Windmill in Northern Ireland. With a typical stone tower, the Windmill was built around the 1780’s-90’s and has three storeys. An important source of food until the First World War, the Windmill was restored back to working order in 1978 and now houses a visitor centre.
Designers at Belleek have created a beautiful ornament embossed with gold and a lucky shamrock on the reverse. The Woodfolk Ltd from County Fermanagh has lovingly produced the turning oak sails, adding a playful feature to this unique piece.
